Return policy
In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product.
In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and unopened, and the original packaging must be intact.
For health and safety reasons, products that have been used or are missing their protective seal are not eligible for return.
Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, at no extra cost to the customer.

Out-of-stock products
Product availability may occasionally differ from that indicated on the website.
If one or more products are unavailable, the affected order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Incorrect or damaged orders
If the parcel you receive does not contain the products you ordered, or if the products or packaging are damaged, please contact our Customer Service team, providing your order number and photographic evidence of the parcel and the products.
The return or replacement of incorrect or damaged items is free of charge.
If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund for the affected products.
